Our products are guaranteed against defects. If you believe your item is defective and wish to exchange it, you must communicate with us within 10 days of receipt of the item and we will be glad to send you a replacement. Claims for defective or damaged items must be filed within 14 days of delivery. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery. Claims received after 14 days of delivery will not and cannot be processed.
It is very important that you DO NOT send anything back to Butterflychair.net without receiving confirmation from us first. As all of our products are originated in Argentina, there are restrictions regarding returns due to international fees incurred (freight, duties, etc.). Returns are accepted due to quality issues and/or defects or damage caused in the manufacturing process. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns based on Buyer's remorse or due to any incorrect space measurements on your part. We do wish to accommodate special circumstances, so please contact us if you have an issue requiring further discussion.
